I thought I would share what lockdown has done for me MSE wise ,
I have paid of my CC debt 12 months early.Bought an iPhone , an older model cash.Paid for a holiday next year
Bought a desk of sorts .Got £200 extra in premium bonds
This month I am going to investigate making overpayment to my loan.I would dearly love to be debt free early next year, rather than summer .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.5 -

It's amazing what you can save when you are at home constantly. I do feel very lucky though that I have been paid during this time and am able to save all this money, lots of people haven't been as fortunate .Would love to hear of other peoples experience, of how lockdown has helped them save money or how it has been hard for them because they have had little money.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.4

Like the table and chair. You’ve done really well with the finances, I’ve paid my car insurance, stocked all my cupboards, fenced the garden and have equivalent months wages not touched as my emergency fund. I usually use my cc and don’t pay it off the month my car insurance is due. Dh paid for some of the fences.January spends - £587.583

Liking the table and chair, that's a smart camping table 😊well done on achieving so much during lockdown, the only thing I've achieved is an expansion in my waistline 😀
I must say though I am extremely grateful for my job and that I could carry on working throughout this whole thing, I feel so sorry for the people who have lost their income because of this, working for the NHS can be stressful but at least I know I will always have a job 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1203
