    Good to hear from you.
It’s a beautiful view - pleased that you’ve managed to get some peace and me time. You’ve had a pretty stressful time of late....it’s a lovely idea to have a memorial service in the spring for your friend.
Have you managed a distant visit with you gks yet?

No not yet , my DD is fastidious with us waiting for when we can all be together which I'm sure isn't far off .

I have had a lovely day meeting my friend for our walk round a lake . We met no one in the 90 minutes we were out. We went to a farm shop for a takeaway coffee and sat on the grass 2 metres away soaking up the sun. My friend said she felt so much better for my visit. My feeling of well being has been fabulous this week,I hope it carries me through the next few weeks.

Wow what a view! How lovely to get to walk there.
Just reading back so behind but well done for paying off the card.
I'm glad the funeral wasn't too stressful.
    Have a relaxing evening :)

I'm glad that walk made such a difference to you both. Could you schedule it in more so that it becomes a regular thing? I agree about wellbeing. It has been so badly impacted by so many people that the little things are just so beautiful. I have looked at the lake district picture you posted quite a few times as it just looks so serene and beautiful!
    Have a lovely weekend. x
