No doubt this will be the fallout from all those who swarmed on the beauty spots/parks/shops last weekend 😒

So selfish. I hope the tsunami is a small one. Although I suspect it won't be x
    September 2017 Debt = £25330

    Starting afresh.

You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x
  • I also hope it's a small tsunami. It must feel like the calm before the storm for doctors.

I'm looking forward to going out at the weekend and to work next week, when I'm out of quarantine, to see how people in my neighbourhood are behaving. The hum of traffic on the main road near is certainly quieter and there are never many people on the pavements anyway as most people drive around here. I can often be the only person on the pavement when I walk to work. But with no shopping/cinemas, etc, open, people's ony enterainment is walking so the pavements might be packed with people for all I know!

It's all so crazy at the moment!

The parents shopping is done , mine is done . The sun is indeed shining here HH , I am about to take a walk in it after my cup of tea. Missing the DGC today but it's for the best . GD was screaming her brains out before , my DD was losing her patience so I read her a story as Milann had done to her DGD and she went to sleep before I finished. Small things.

Nice walk , ended up in a farmers yard , following paths that I find. I did a quick disappearing act as the farm smell was overbearing . 😂😂

Had an early dinner as missed lunch , I wasn't hungry. Need to wash up and get myself something to do over the weekend, bit of crafting maybe.

I’m glad the distance story telling helped gd. It’s really hard for them as their world has been turned upside down. My dd has been walking along her local sea front but it’s so hard as littlest one just wants to run to the playground equipment she usually plays on.
She was 3 near Christmas and I’m pleased not old enough to understand what a mad world it is atm.
Ive been freezing cold all day - my feet like blocks of ice....there’s no way I’m putting the heating on in this sunshine though - finally feel warm for the  first time.
Love the photo from your new flat.....it’s good you’ve got some nice walks nearby - even if they’re smelly. I haven’t ventured out at all today - I was too wound up doing work on the computer to send to work. I sat and binge watched catch up tv.....not a habit I want to get into. 🤔😳
