The days are going along , I keep having to check what it is .
I am thankful again for technology keeping me in touch with everyone. Yesterday a catch up with a fellow forumite working from home , colleagues sharing amusing stories.
I am just grateful to be able to go for a walk and enjoy the sunshine . No idea why but I am sleeping better than I have done in years , maybe it's the simple life I am leading , no rushing around etc.

Everyone have a safe day .

Wow busy morning, my colleague has thrown in the towel and is now off sick with stress . It's hard for people at the moment and anxiety levels are high, I hope she is ok and gets better soon.
I was off for 5 weeks with stress , not related to work, but the help I have been given seems to be helping me so much. I am surprising myself.
Been for a walk for 40 minutes but the shoe choice wasn't good , have a blister now.

Enjoy the sun whilst it's out.

You are so right SSG. I really appreciated the sunshine today.
I also find my sleep is better but I'm not sure why. Probably because I am wearing myself out worrying about the future whilst I am awake!
    Have a good day.
