Busy day as usual on a Friday , shopping all done by 9.30 . Then to DDs as it was DGS birthday and he was having a great morning playing with his presents and glad he wasn't in school. He was a bit embarrassed that the teacher got the class to sing Happy Birthday to him, virtually . He met one of his cousins in a local park , he had had cupcakes , birthday cake and has had a great day .I walked the dog who I swear stopped at every bin on the street waiting to be emptied . I had another walk when I got home , it's been so lovely to nice to be inside. Then news late this afternoon that our union members have voted in favour of the pay rise our employers have offered , so looking forward to March salary as we are getting a lump sum as well as a pay rise.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.4

Pay rise and lump sum sounds amazing. Do you have it earmarked for anything? XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Good luck with the internal doors. I still have nightmare about ours. We had new ones just after we moved in here and they never fit properly then a couple of years ago we had new ones again. The poor fellow had to virtually take every door apart and remake them. I think every room in the house is a different size 😲😲
Glad you dgs had a lovely time.January spends - £587.582 -

Have been a lovely walk in an area I have never been to before . I have found a shortcut to somewhere local which is handy to know. Didn't pass many people though as it was fairly early this morning .Have done my housework , sorted my outside cupboard out all the Christmas things were near the front so moved them to the back and brought the baby things forward as I will need them before Christmas. Tidied my medical supplies up and discarded the out of date things. Put things back in their rightful places around my flat and had a bit of a spring clean in a couple of drawers .Have had notification that my new sofa and chair should be in the warehouse by the 9th so need to arrange my old one being removed . None of the charities that take furniture are open so it will be going to the tip.I am going to have my coffee now and perhaps watch a film.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3
