It happened lockdown no 3 , I don't know why but I feel more anxious about this one . I am glad though to still be working and have a job. I haven't slept well for the past two nights I think that's why I feel so glum.It does feel slightly warmer today as well , I have the window open as usual but am not freezing.Have money going in from Topcashback about £40 will put that away for a rainy day. Will try and be positive .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

I feel much better about things now , I had a lovely walk in the sun at lunchtime . Work did a Mindfulness session with our in house well being lady that was about anxiety. Plus I have had some lovely compliments this afternoon from colleagues about how accommodating I always am. Plenty of blessings then today , I hope I sleep well tonight .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

Today started of well, went for my monthly Covid test and it was very quiet at the testing station. Then went into work, treated myself to a lovely latte from the on site cafe which is still open even though there are a handful of staff in. Had a productive morning printing all the post and getting it ready for the post room. Left about 12.30 , going to my car I fell backwards on the ice in the car park banged my head as I went down. Well I was shocked I had put my right hand down and it hurt. Anyway luckily there were a couple of people around and I got help. I have been very lucky, I have bruising coming out all over my back and my palm, lump on my head , couple of cuts.Tomorrow I am going nowhere I think I will be in some pain and stiff.Be careful out there in the ice , it's so easy to fall .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.4
