It's still horrid compared to all the other online banks I use (Barclays, TSB, NAB, Santander etc). I think it's the big blocks of black and white that does it for me, it's simply hard on the eyes.

Oh yeah I agree it looks old fashioned still. But I think it's better than the pop up window.

For me the best ones are Santander and Nationwide. Tesco Bank's is quite good too.

I've got the updated online banking now.

Looks a lot nicer and more 'modern'.

Their app and now also HSBC's takes a very long time to log in to.
Have only opened 1st direct for switch bonus, not very impressed by them though.
Certainly won't be using them 'properly'.

Mine does the same except in my case it's 4 characters that wrap around. Just looks so amateurish.

They appear to have fixed this. My username no longer wraps.

I complained when my 11 character user name wrapped, saying how ugly it looked. Soon after it was fixed.
