Did you just disable extensions yourself or did you start Firefox in safe mode?0
-
I just disabled the add ons myself.
Strangely, not only did it work in safe mode, but when I restarted in normal mode it continued to work, although I hadn't made any changes.
I find that very odd, but at least it's working.0 -
I usually use Chrome, but have Firefox installed also. Just tried on FF and it didn't work for me, but I spotted that FF was blocking tracking cookies (shield next to the padlock in address bar) and once I temp disabled this the FF login screen appeared.0

Well it was working yesterday, but today it's not working again.
As far as I can see it's not a tracking cookie issue.
I guess I'll have to use Chrome.0 -
You can still use the old login page/url if you want, but no idea how long that will last.
https://www.firstdirect.com/1/2/pib-service
I have the old one bookmarked / saved in my password manager, so I had not even realised the new changes had been implemented yet, until I saw the threads here.
P.S. Or just go to the FD home page the usual way, and then append "/1/2/pib-service" onto the url (if clicking random forum links isn't your thing).0 -
My Firefox identifies as 66.0.2
I get the same result in Linux Mint 19.1 or Windows 7.
For what it's worth, the new sign-in page works fine for me with Windows 10 / FireFox 66.0.2 and also on Linux Mint 19.1 (I don't have Windows 7 any more to try), despite me blocking lots of things in Firefox, so it's more complex than just extensions and cookies - I have NoScript, HTTPS Everywhere, uBlock Origin, and Privacy Badger extensions enabled, and all third-party cookies blocked within Firefox (options -> privacy & security). Also sitting behind a PiHole that dumps any DNS requests that gets through that lot.
I have to permit firstdirect.com in NoScript, but all other Javascript on the page is blocked and nothing else was changed to get things working.0
