Where can I get information who is the owner of the car parking spots next to my house?

Don't ask the neighbours if they belong to them as they might say 'yes' regardless.Gather ye rosebuds while ye may0

Start parking your car there regularly, and wait to see who the enforcement notice arrives from. Then you have a means to trace the owner........0

OP, have you asked your solicitor for advice? We're all just guessing here whereas your solicitor will have seen search results, titles etc and might have a better clue.
Or ask the neighbours?0 -
Sometime a search of the planing portal throws up useful information.
If map search is available it is great to see what's going on locally.
Near us they wanted to put up one of those boxes on a post for postmen to store the delivery bags.
It included land reg plans for the adjacent properties.
If the houses are relatively new the planning for the site will include info about the parking.0
