Agreed , I pointed that error out earlier , I suggest you fix everything we tell you , it's carefully reading

And in 12) , put something like The judges stated , before the statement ,. It is ordered
  • I corrected my main document on the pc but currently on my mobile phone draft as out at the mo. Cheers guys (and gals).

so either edit your post above to reflect all the changes , or wait until you are on a pc and posting the correct draft in the first place
  • Hand delivered to court and emailed gladstones as a pdf bundle yesterday. Have not received any witness statements from them. The deadline was yesterday

Should I write an email to gladstones asking for their witness statement as it's gone over the deadline?

no , if they are going to fail the courts instructions , why poke a sleeping dog with a sharp stick ? you can complain to the judge about their failings

if they send it late , then you can complain about that too
  • Hi again. Got my hearing in a few days. Still no witness statement from Gladstones.

Just a quick question, do I need to bring 3 copies of everything to the court on my hearing day? Many thanks

You have already supplied everything to court and claimant .... haven't you? Don't see why you should need to take more.
  • Ok thanks, Lee. Yes I supplied them with everything. Just don’t want to be under prepared on the day. As the hearing is slowing coming around, also is my nerves lol

It's a good idea to take a spare copy of stuff (photos, the POFA, a case transcript) that you might want to hand out, in case the Judge says he hasn't got your bundle. Happens sometimes.

Also take a wage slip to prove your day's loss of salary/leave and be prepared to say why you had to take full day off (if you did). Plus your travel costs receipt if not driving, and parking fee, if you are!

Strange you have had no WS at all. Might be worth a call to the local court to check that they haven't been told it's discontinued by Gladstones.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
