Didn't they say your repayment had been issued would just take a few days for the online account to update? 

Yes , just a waiting game now hopefully issued tomorrow in bank Friday 🤞🏻

I rang them yesterday said will have payment in coming days nothing to do with covid , 

its normally issued around 18 to 20th April so it wont be before then! be patient,  if theyve not updated by 22nd to issed then i guess extra security checks.

Submitted on Monday the 6th, 10 working days from then will be Tuesday the 21st as we had 2 bank holidays. Last year changed to issued on the 18th (9 working days after submission) which was a day before the bank holiday weekend (Easter was earlier this year therefore I am assuming our payments will be issued a couple of days later)

So I just got off the live chat with an agent. She confirmed that it has been issued on the 8th. 

My account is saying bank repayment pending. So I think you have to take that with a pinch of salt. 

It is annoying as it leaves you wondering if your going through security checks. 

I presume if it's been issued then it has passed? Quote me if I'm wrong.

I’ve just spoken to someone on live chat. Went to Bank payment pending on the 7th but not been issued as going through Normal security checks which I asked is that Normal which is said yes everyone goes through it then it will be released but don’t expect it this week no one will get it this week it’s not just you??? So don’t know what to believe because everyone being told different things by the looks of it

I was told to expect it earliest on Monday 20th, to be fair. I haven't read that anybody has been told to expect it this week.

Was told pretty much the same thing mate. Because of the long bank holiday weekend, it has prolonged the process. I was told to expect payment by the 24th and to get in touch if I hadn't recieved it by the 26th.

Mines has been bank repayment pending since the 7th. Spoken to live chat twice  as I keep seeing conflicting answers on their Twitter feed ..the first time they said   it's likely to be paid this week and second time told it's likely to be paid on 21st. I'd say itl be middle of next week at latest ,doubt anyone will be paid this week.

So that’s for me so done my nephews Cos I’m doing his return also and got told this 
Yet before I got this answer I was told by a previous agent they couldn’t check account Cos it won’t tell them anything????

I did 3 on 6th all siitting bank repayment pending from 7th none shifted at all think might see issued friday
