But they didn't gave any reason why they didn't process your request?

Does anybody know how much it will take to change status from pending? They change my status on friday and they put my tax return again in my account. From the phone I understand they finished the security check but it still sais repayment pending.

it most likely will change tomorrow then, as they do not update the page online on monday

I understand. I thought they update into issued only on friday.

My account didn't change. Is still pending and i think all the information offered by phone are a joke. Does anybody with security check have issued?

Good afternoon all,

I've this morning received a p800 letter dated 26th June, it states I've paid too much tax and to claim online to get it within 5 working days.
Now I logged online and submitted my claim at 10am, and its states the following:

HMRC owe you
£747

Your refund
HMRC are processing your refund.

How long does this typically take,I've given my bank details for payment.
Anyone else done it this way and able to shed light on any updates and when to receive them etc. Five working days from today would make it Wednesday? Will it be in my bank on Wednesday or before before.
