    It will take as long it takes to verify the information in your returns.

    From the documents requested and the fact that it covers 3 years it looks to be more than a routine security check.

    Mine disappear today from hmrc account. Somebody know why?
  • If you had a refund pending and it has disappeared it could mean a compliance officer has found an error in the figures and have cancelled your repayment. This happened to me. It turned out the company that pays me had an error in their system and they sent incorrect figures to the hmrc. Hmrc will write to you if there is a problem. Best to ring them and find out.
