Hy guys! Its my first SA i completed it on 10th may and i have the refund issued on 23rd. The BIG problem is that the bank frozen my bank account on 15th and they Said that they will automatically refund my 2300£ back to hmrc. As my bank account will not be OPEN again, how i will recive my money?

Don't you have another bank account?

If not do you have a trusted relative who you could have it paid to for them to pass onto you?

Note with this option you run the risk of the relative keeping the money. That is a risk you would have to be prepared to take.

Yes i can nominee my partener account but how do i do this? The SA account will update and will show me that i m in credit again to request a repayment? As now they show me bank repayment and no money avaiable to request a repayment..thank u

But remember you must be certain your partner will pass the money on. If she doesn't that is your problem not HMRC's.

I spoke with my partner to nominee her to recive my refund and she asked her bank because she afraid to not have her account frozen LIKE mines. Her bank ask her to prove them a letter that i allow her to recive my funds . How this works please?

just been told on the phone mine should be done by the 28th of may now so fingers crossed

The people answering the phones can only you tell you what they have been told to say.

Each week the estimated date will probably move forward.

It is an estimate , which will apply to some people, but nobody knows exactly who or when.
