    You address the point by stating that the claimants legal advisor has explicitly told a "witness" what to put in their statement, and that this information could not have been known to the "witness" as they were not present when the vehicle was parked.

    I believe that this may fall to be considered as a contempt of court, you should look into this.  
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Just raise it appropriately in your witness statement. You disclose the damning document that shows that SCS Law are tampering with the courts process.

    One must question the intelligence of SCS Law, getting involved in tampering and will turn a bog standard parking issue into something very serious

    I would really appreciate scrutiny of the attached revised defence which is an amalgamation of the template and the previous iteration. In particular any amendments or duplication of points.

    Ladak is an old argument, which suggest you have not been reading the most up to date advice about defences from Coupon-mad.  Also, evidence is referenced by using [Your_Initials]_001 as an Exhibit  rather than an appendix.
