Thanks for the annual scores CathyBird. I'm not far off where I need to be to get to my 250 target for the year, just need a biggish total for July to keep me on track. I'm hopeful.
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Re : Sleeping.

I do find now that I'm well passed 55 - I'm 57 - my sleep does seem to be improving, which is a blessing...don't know if it's just me!

Declaring early for today on 2/12 please Shaggy

Thinking of you Arkers & arsenalbarnie - hope your sleep improves and wish you both the very best for your operations. I am away on holiday from Friday so may not get a chance to post.

    Have a great holiday!

    2/10 for me today.

I don't sleep. I sleep worse when I don't drink infact. And I spend atleast an hour a night waking up and going back to sleep! I don't want to resort to sleeping aids but it might have to go that way.

Thank you Honey Bear and Sukey boo.

I once read an article that waking up early about 3-4 am is known as the alcoholics false dawn. Alcohol knocks us out initially then acts as a stimulant waking us in the early hours. I find this happens when I’m stressed.

Am off away until Monday now. It won’t be af but I will have to be very
careful as the cyst is pressing on my ureter. Have had one mild urine infection already. So will carrying on with drinking loads of water. Am also half a pound off my next half stone certificate at fat fighters. Would love to get that before my op. Been batting back and forth with that one since October can you believe it!

    Happy Thursday everyone :j
