'Eat out to Help out' last night - lovely meal, but felt as though we were on holiday sitting outside, so had far too many units.  Will cut right back this weekend to make up.

Sorry I’ve been really quiet. Caught up in RL. It’s school holidays and we’ve been so busy. All is well although I’m slightly under target. I’ve been exercising loads so it’s offset the drink. Doing my best to do what I should. But I don’t always succeed

Hello all. Sorry been awol again. I did eventually get back to sleep thanks. Doing pretty good at the moment. Busy revising. Exam done and passed and onto the next one. Only 1 more to report cathybird. So 3/15. I started back at Sl world today too. The scales 😱. Back to square one. The wine or liquid jam has to stay in the fridge. Was inside all day in front of the fan revising again. Treated myself to an ice cold B*d zero at 6 o clock outside and then all hell let loose and the storm arrived. So back inside in front of the fan again! Hope everyone is cooling down a bit this evening.
