Morning all, it's 2/21 for me today

2/18 please, declaring early for today Tuesday. 

Well done K9, hope tonight goes as well. I'm not sure my willpower would survive the offer of wine. I'll be interested to hear about the McGuigan wine, I've tried a few AF wines and haven't liked any enough to buy again but the red wines were definitely the worst! It would be good to have a drinkable AF red wine so I am 🤞. 

Great annual result Maman too.

I was fortunate when I started cutting down my DH was going through a beer phase. I don't like beer so it didn't bother me. Now he's back on the wine but he's a very moderate, controlled drinker. He probably drinks as much in a week as me but he's happy with a couple of tiny glasses each day whereas I'm a Mastermind drinker!

Morning cathybird, not sure if it was overlooked in all the excitement of those great totals by everyone at the end of June, but could I be shown as target of 31 for July, please?

I’m still taking it month by month but might as well go for another whole AF month while I’m on a roll. Thank you.

The first day was always going to be the hardest. 
in Sainsbury's, the McGuigans Zero Alcohol wine was on offer - bought 1 x shiraz and 1 x sauvignon blanc and 1 x sparkling for £9.30 and will report an opinion when I try them (not necessarily tonight).

K9 - my DH has carried on drinking, and it is difficult.  After a couple of years I have noticed a real decrease in the amount he now has over the week.  I think he's seen the effect on me and that it has had a positive benefit.
