I've made a decision to potentially add some drinking days. Although my team won't get prime time on TV, I will watch what I can and I'll have a drink if I fancy (or need) one.
Still hoping for a bee though.
8/10 AFDs please Cathy

Hi all,9/21 up until yesterday. I had an AF weekend
But then had a drink Tuesday as youngest DS is moving in with his gf (well, they are in the process of looking).....I'm happy about this and it's unstandable in current circumstances but having said all that we'll miss him (and his gf popping in and out, well she used to until lockdown).....but jumped back on the wagon last night and am hoping for an AF weekend this one too..
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.5 -

ShaggyxI left my dog with my parents when I left home at 19! I was working and busy with my life. It was the best decision for everyone. Sending lots of ghost hugs......you can’t see them, but they are there.Declaring early for today, as I’m still taking meds. I still have fleeting thoughts about wine approx 4-6pm. But it’s not a strong urge and definitely association with treating myself whilst cooking. When I do drink I find myself thinking about it anytime from 2pm on and off. But it’s rare for me to start before 6pm if I do.Anyway have a good Friday gang!!!!

And Shaggy, well done for your AF weekend gone, that's impressive especially at the moment. Is your plan to not drink unless socially, except for blips?

Good afternoon everyone,
9 please Cathy
Had the result of my first mammogram after BC it was satisfactory. Never been so pleased to have a "satisfactory" before!
