7/18 for me please. 

And I ran my first 5k today. I’m really in the zone at the moment. I hardly thought about wine today. I think half of my problem isn’t addiction as such, it’s habit, boredom, reward and taste.

Well done CuppaTea on the AF numbers and the 5K. I know I’ve said this before, but if I push myself hard enough on a workout to feel physically tired & dehydrated afterwards, I really do not feel like drinking that night. And then I get to feel twice as virtuous
