Hi all I’m currently on 3/5. Although I’m now starting some medication which means I can’t mix with alcohol. It’s for 3 weeks plus 2 days to clear my system. Then I’m working the 3 days after that. I didn’t drink yesterday so looking at the calendar it’s a month off for me Effectively I’ll be doing dry June and 2 days of July.That’s providing I can tolerate this medicine.It feels good to have that decision taken for me. Although I’m sure there will be some tough days ahead. Feels like I’m having an enforced reset, which is good as I was slipping back into bad habits. It’s come at the right time.I hope everyone is ok and looking forward to a nice weekend.Live for the moment and plan for the future7

Hi,5/21 . Managed an AF Friday....the half stone I lost after Xmas I have gained since lockdown....so alcohol must go....ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.6
