There are some amazing May totals on here, well done everyone!
5/14 for me today please Cathy.
I had good intentions at the start of the month, had one drinking evening and suddenly it was every day and I'm clambering back on for today - which will be AF again so I can get my star on Thursday.
Good luck with the rest of May Lantanna!4 -
It threw me off balance when it happened to me. Sending a hug. Well done for coming back and recommitting to some AF dayssukeyboo said:Congratulations to all those who have reached target 👏.
Things all went a bit to pot last week after the redundancy news and although I declared early on Wednesday, I succumbed to temptation and ended up drinking that night and every night since 😱. Apologies for going AWOL but I was struggling with the news 🙁.

26/31 please cathybird. I have to say margaritas at sunset in the garden sound like a perfect lockdown memory

Hanging on with a mixture of grim determination and a sort of joyless stoicism to the end of this month. Then I am going to review.5 -
Exactly how I feel SoM! I'm thinking I will allow myself one AF day a week. I'm also healthy eating. I'm thinking a F*** it Friday where I can eat and drink whatever I fancy. And FIF can be moved so if I am being social I save it for another day. I probably won't use it every week but will benefit from knowing it is there if I want it. I don't think I will binge as I'm not a binge drinker. But I do enjoy a few drinks sometimes! Or maybe just allow myself to drink at weekends only. What are your plans for reintegrating drinking?Season_of_Mist said:Hanging on with a mixture of grim determination and a sort of joyless stoicism to the end of this month. It was actually doingitanyway, it was lovely, a perfect evening for it. Some neighbours had been having a very noisy barbecue a couple of doors down earlier and I thought "maybe another night" but they miraculously went quiet at about 8pm and then the garden was all mine, peaceful and serene.doingitanyway said:
