Thanks SoM and some good food for thought re exercise. I might start an evening walk as I feel like a glass of wine at the end of my day. Will trial a walk at exactly that time. Although a run is very different so a mere walk might not work? Anyway, up for trying. So, 10/31 for me today please cathybirdSeason_of_Mist said:Good work CuppaTea. Do you find exercising helps take away the inclination to drink? If I work out hard, I definitely don’t feel like drinking after. Pushed myself for time on a long-ish run yesterday and because it was so hot, I must’ve been dehydrated as afterwards, all I felt like drinking was water.
Also well done to doingitanyway and Cathybird on some great numbers. I’m with you on 9/31 today, thanks. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Morning all, it's 10/21 for me today

Thanks Season of Mist! I almost feel for myself that it's the other way round - if I drink wine of an evening my motivation to exercise vanishes the following day because I feel sluggish. So that puts me off drinking wine because among other things I find exercise really helps with mood and an overall sense of wellbeing, so I feel it's important.Season_of_Mist said:Good work CuppaTea.
