Morning guys. I made the decision yesterday that I really need to cut down on alcohol. I have just posted in my diary that since lockdown began I’m actually drinking so much more than before and it’s probably accounted for a lot of my spends last month which I really can’t afford.I just happened to find this thread I was having a little read through diaries and it couldn’t have come at a better time. Can I join please with a target of 25 for this month. Yesterday was a alcohol free day so can I declare 1/25 please5

Welcome to doingitanyway and outsideoftheviciouscircle. This is a really supportive thread and it has been a massive help to me when I wanted to reduce what I drank and be more accountable for my choices. Plenty of others have found it a huge help as well.
3/31 thanks Cathybird, love the smileys, and thanks for taking over the reins. Special mention of thanks to Shaggydoo, who maintained the monthly totals for so long, and hope you can still drop into the thread whenever you can. Have a great Sunday everyone.5 -
