Well done cuppa. 👏
And well done on reaching your target cathy. 👏I've got past the craving stage. Definitely wouldn't cave this late. I told myself that having a 4 day weekend every week would be the thin end of the wedge. 😉13/10 AFDs please Shaggy.4 -
16/TF for yesterday please Shaggy. Thank you. X

CuppaTea said:Proud of myself today. We had a bbq and a friend left me a bottle of wine on my steps. I was umming and arrhing for a while until the food was ready. Then I left the wine as I wanted 4 consecutive days, I had an online exercise class this evening that wouldn’t have happened and I hadn’t planned to drink today. Will power exerted despite the sunshine.Wouldn’t have happened pre lock down.Well done Cathybird too for reaching target - and with days spare too.I'm glad Maman it is Friday too. Sometimes doing 4 weekday nights is easy for me and sometimes it is really hard. However, I must admit it does feel more of a treat having a drink tonight than when drinking has become a habit.I need to remain AF Saturday night and Monday to Thursday next week to meet target but I am feeling hopeful about that. 🤞2

Wanna_Bee_Free said:I caved yesterday. I stayed strong whilst OH opened wine but then the colleagues social watching everyone drinking on video was the final straw. Especially knowing there was a nice cold white open already.
April is another month.
Cathbird, I love the trampolining one for 150 - thank you! I will get back on track and not procrastinate until the Autumn and then panic and miss my target.
So I still love the trampolining emoji for 150 Cathybird - thank you! I will steadily close my 12 day gap as I need to not do my usual trick of procrastinating until the Autumn and then panic and miss my target.
I need to work out where I can find my extra days from and come up with a plan.

Not doing very well this week - FIL had a fall on Sunday which resulted in a heart attack - currently very poorly in hospital. They let us visit yesterday as he had deteriorated but by the time we got there he had improved slightly.
Hope to catch up on my AFD’s next week and aiming to beat target3 -
14/20 AFDs today3

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.3
