I just came across this at work today - as well as all the other problems associated with alcohol, it increases the risk of choking!

5/18 AFs and 3SNC as have eaten tea got PJ bottoms on and not intention of going out to buy wine. Really chilly here - would be thrilled to have some warm sun! My Gran’s saying ‘Ne’er cast a clout til May is out’ seems true this year.

I’ve done my first week. It was easier than I expected, except for yesterday, but that was soon overcome.

For the first time in ages I felt I’d had a better night’s sleep. Not totally all the way through, but I was sound asleep when my alarm went at 5.30. I wondered why my alarm was going, then I saw the time, then I had no idea what day it was until I checked my phone. It was all a bit disorientating. But it did mean I had slept more deeply. Despite all the weird dreams I’ve been having this week.

I wonder what tonight will bring.
