    So 9/14 please for tonigHt although if ever alcohol was needed - tonight may be the night! I'm away for the weekend so will resume AFDs on a Monday. (I was going to add I hope but should phrase that as a positive statement rather than admit to myself the possibility of failure).

    Thanks Cathybird for your sterling work and I will try again to achieve 183 (but would like to get to 200 - however as I haven't managed to achieve my target this year a more aspirational target seems foolish.

    Happy Friday everyone. So have managed another 1 so up to 2 for Dec. Will try for another one tonight. 2020 I will go for 200 please Cathybird.
    Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.
