Glad you found going to AA useful loveasale. I think it can be useful to have a plan and do something practical. We all need some order/routine. That's probably one of the reasons why the thread is so helpful.
I heard a trailer on the radio about a new podcast called Hooked that deals with addiction. I know many of you find reading/hearing about others' journeys useful.

But I felt I had ACT QUICK and make a start on my future !:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0 -

:T:T:T:T:TWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
