Anybody else? What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Happy hols ArsenalBarnie
Well done on reaching your target already Maman!
The day had a y in it last night and I succumbed to a bevvy in the sunshine. And proceeded to glug back loads after the first one. Feeling a bit jaded to say the least.
Onwards and upwards today is a new fresh chance.0 -
Up to 13 for the month, 3 for the SNC and 124 for the year
Good wishes to everyone who needs them. I am still ploughing on with my no drinking during the week. Long may it last.
Might buy a bottle of something else other than wine for my Friday and Sat nights' tipples. Thinking a bit of vodka or gin or rum, but don't drink any of them that much.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

I tried a bottle of Seedlip Spice (non-alcoholic). First I had it with ginger ale and couldn't really taste it. Then I tried it with tonic water. It was nice, and had slightly bitter and woody undertones that slowed you down while you were drinking and made it interesting. But a few drops of Angostura Bitters in a ginger beer is nice in the same way, and not nearly so expensive. I can't vouch for the other Seedlips because I haven't tried them. I will at some point.0
