Paris Tips Please!

Hi All,
My girlfriend and I am going to Paris on the 14th December by 8.00 PM Eurostar and returning on 16th December 8 PM. We booked a package with Eurostar and we are staying at the Les Relais de Paris Lafayette which is close to Gare du Nord station. Since we'll the there only for two full days, Saturday and Sunday, we want to make the best of our visit. But price does matter. I was wondering if I can get a few tips on buying some cheap tickets and must see places in Paris. We are really keen on visiting Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, Disneryland and the Moulin Rouge show.

You don't really have time to do all of those particular things in just two days. Eurodisney will be one whole day, and to get your money's worth out of the Louvre, you'd want to be there for a good few hours (not to mention the time you'll spend queueing to get in at the weekend).
If you really want to go up the Eiffel Tower, that's probably quite a bit more weekend queuing.
This doesn't leave a lot of time to tick off the usual Paris must do's (Eiffel tower, L'Arc De Triomphe, Notre Dame etc. etc.)
It is possible to fit in loads and loads in two days, and a good way to do this is to do one of the hop-on/hop-off bus tours.
Whatever you manage to squeeze in, you'll still have a wonderful time!0 -
Many thanks for the tip, thats pretty useful. Would it be best to spend one day in Euro Disney, about 3/4 a day for Louvre and Eiffel Tower and a hop on hop off tour?0

Personally I would give Disney a miss. It is not really a Paris experience, and of course is some way out of town...
You would need a number of days to see everything of interest in the Louvre. Note that the ticket allows multiple entry on the day, so you can go out to eat, drink and see the sun (or even another bit of Paris) and then go back in again when you feel ready for more. Avoid wasting time queuing for tickets: there are a number of different places where you can buy tickets as well as the obvious kiosk.
Eiffel Tower: you can save some money by walking up the steps rather than taking the lift.0 -

It's free the first Sunday in every month as a lot of state museums are. If anyone goes on that day get there early!
If the Eiffel Tower is too busy, go to the top of the Montparnasse Tower.

Thanks a lot for the responses. Voyager, is there any way I could buy tickets to Louvre and Eiffel Tower online from the UK rather than queuing up there?0
