Bus lane - Notice of Enforcement help

Hi, I got a £60 penalty charge for driving in the bus lane on a bank holiday (London Borough of Bromley). I appealed but did not get a rejection letter.
I then receive an Order for Recovery letter for £203.
I filed a statutory declaration (PE3) form and had it sworn and stamped at the local county court. Same day, I send the scanned/completed PE3 form over to the email address they provided on the Order for Recovery (customerservice.tec@hmcourts-service.gsi.gov.uk).
Today I received a Notice of Enforcement letter from Phoenix Commercial Collections demanding £278 within 10 days or bailiffs are coming.
Please note, I sent another email today asking what's going on and got the following delivery failure notice:
I'm not sure what to do or who to contact at this point.

As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work - try using a gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering) and post a new thread; here's your link:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=30
Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets.
HTHPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well?but for now if anyone could help on this forum that would be great.
In view of the involvement of bailiffs you might want to contact 'Bailiff Advice Online'. Sheila, who provides this excellent service, has an extremely good reputation for assisting people with bailiff issues.
Calls and the email enquiry service are free.

Try posting in the debt free wannabe forum
As already explained this is not the place to get advice on proper council tickets and bailiff issues0 -

Actually, that's reminded me that I had to go through a ridiculous number of captchas in order to register so that's not just you. Perseverance got me there in the end.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
