Hi everyone
Do you know of a company from which I can get a Pay-as-you-go SIM which can be activated without topping it up at all. I want a phone to receive texts free. (I need a bunch of different numbers because I open accounts fr lots of people for switching offers, and if I give the same mobile number I'l have the fraud office on my back...)

Normally you can just put it in the phone and switch it on, however you may not be able to receive texts to it while there is no credit on it.

Just top up with £1 or something and you'd be good to go.

Think most companies have a minimum of £10 topup, or something like that. Know any cheaper?

    Three free Data Reward SIM.

No top up required so £0. You have to register and use some data at least once every 180 days if you want the 200MB free data every month. If you don't use the data it becomes a PAYG SIM without the free data. And you can order more than one. I have a few but I ordered them over a period of time.

These days the Asda credit only last 30 days, but for use as OP wants could be ideal, don't know if it would receive calls / texts after then, I suspect it would for a time, but if not just buy a new sim card

The data reward sim also has a minimum topup of only £2 if you do want some credit on it.
