I've been reading back over this ... got as far as page 13. What a saga this has been familyguy321. And you stuck with it
Evidence if we ever needed it that the PPCs doggedly pursue motorists even when they know they'll lose in court. Backing off, often enough, only when they're looking defeat in the eye and do the sums. A business model based on grinding people down till they pay up. They must be so proud.
It's just fantastic that you did not give in! Bl**dy marvellous. Well done!!!8 -
Just rang the court and they have confirmed CASE CLOSED! Wohoooo!!!!!! Another one bites the dust!
I'm tempted to send the scammers an email with just HAHAHAHAHA in the subject line.
This has dragged on a lot longer than anticipated and paying the scammers would have been the easy way out, but I am glad I persevered. I've gone back through the thread and wanted to give sincere thanks to the following for all your help and advice - if only the world had more good people like yourselves:

Well done @familyguy321 on getting this nasty bit of stuff off the bottom of your shoe! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
