Has the latest DCBL letter come to a different new address, and possibly PP had an old address too, where letters might have gone in 2018?
If so, the only step he MUST take is to email PP's Data Protection Officer (see their website PRIVACY PAGE for the contact email) and require that they erase the old address data, and confirm his address for service of letters/court papers is the new one xxxxxxxxx.
If that's not happened, he just needs to return if PP send a LBC or claim, and we will help defend it for him. We've not lost yet v PP.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No change of address so if they did send out any other letters they would come here
That’s why I thought it had gone away but I have read a few old posts by others and it looks like it can go for years( letters etc ) without going to court?
So I will wait and see what happens
Thanks for everyone’s help and advice given0 -
Yes debt letters can go on for years and can be ignored and laughed at!
Premier park read this forum and hate it, and they even tried posting here once! So I think we will leave it there - come back without a panic, if you get a N1 Claim form from the Northampton CCBC (a quick Google Image search shows you a few).PRIVATE 'PCN'? Nah, I’m a very happy guy, always on top of the world, dapper and chipper, glass always half-full.As for your clue I got it and the way you spelt citeh I take it you’re blue?
I just come here and get involved on the forum to ensure there’s at least some despair and frustration in my life!:DPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
