Canceled new contract - will I get denied at another provider?

Hi

So I agreed a contract with three on Monday which I'm now going to have to cancel due to some issues which has made me completely lose trust in the company (took them 3 days). Trading standards now investigating.

The contract I entered into has a free sonos speaker offer. This is available elsewhere. I would like this phone and still get the speaker deal however understandably I really do not want to be in contract with three now.

I'm concerned if I now try and enter into a contract for this deal with ee who have the same offer I will get rejected on the credit check becuase I had taken a contract out a matter of days ago.

Does anyone reckon this will happen or should I be okay?
