Can I sue my neighbour ?

I'll try to keep it short and easy to read in 3 bullets points
1)I have moved a year ago into a flat adjacent to a cafe which (to my surprise ) was hosting private events at night where we had to alert environmental health for noise ( loud music - people shouting etc.) after any type of amicable conversation failed.
2)Eventually after over a year of making complaints where we have been very close to the point of moving out ( this is how hard it was for us to stay ) and having all sorts of discomfort and issues for noise and rowdy people next door - eventually the Environmental Health after witnessing the noise in person several times said we were right and told the Cafe to stop the events - this was 4 months ago.
3)I had a routine visit from a representative of the letting agency who told me that more or less a month ago the owners of the Cafe visited the Letting Agency asking if they could serve me notice so they could get the flat for themselves - the agency said they will not give them the flat as they are happy with us as tenants.
Is what they doing legal?
Are there grounds for me to speak to the Citizen Advice Bureau, or a solicitor?

What exactly do you think they've done that isn't legal?
You moved in to a flat next to a pre-existing business and then proceeded to try and get them shut down, I'm not surprised there's bad feeling.0 -
On what grounds would you be suing your neighbour? You in actual fact have disrupted their business.0

Well, they can ask but they can't make anyone serve you notice - if they'd succeeded in swaying the agents, maybe there'd be some kind of case, but honestly, seeing as you are renting, I'd just move if at all possible. It'll be expensive and stressful, but not as stressful as continuing to struggle with this cafe.0

Feel free to speak to whoever you like, but don't expect them to agree with you. And yes, you can sue your neighbour, but unless you like throwing money away on hopeless causes it's really not a good idea.0

There's absolutely nothing illegal about asking a landlord if they'd be interested in selling their property. And if your landlord isn't interested then what's the problem? You haven't suffered any loss.0

It sounds like the noise was in breach of EH, but that's been closed down. What else is the problem? They've asked your letting agent if the flat's likely to be available soon? And been told "No, sorry"?Is what they doing legal?0 -
Are you the person who tried to get Night and Day Cafe in Manchester shut down after buying the flat next door in 2014..... 23 years after the venue first obtained it's music licence?0
