It says plot 4 is sold. There appears to be no indication of this on the development plan so are you sure that either of the two you are interested in are still available?

Developers can be quite lazy updating their Web sites they can release and sell stuff quickly from their interested list and walk in so don't bother.

If a plot is sticking or for this site wider exposure to discounts they update.

Thank you everyone for the replies.

They showed us the Bellway build plan which backs on to 17 and the Bellway house sits side on so the whole side of the house would block the garden.

Think 102 sounds like a safer bet!

check the house type for windows on that wall could be you would not be overlooked and the sun won't get that far round.

The closest plan I could find was this one but the bit needed is off the bottom, looks like that could be phase two

if it going to be the same as the ones at the other end they will be

which only have an small landing window overlooking the garden of No 17

Thanks for taking the time to reply Cakeguts. We are happy with the layout of the house and it's what's we want and wasn't really asking for a critique of the layout/property as a whole if I'm being honest.

Was only asking the forums opinion on which plot seemed better in terms of garden positioning.

Thanks for replying. Basically it's as though the Bellway backing on to 17 is plot 75 in Bellway and then 17 in avant is like number 4 so the whole side of the house is the length of the garden.
