help understanding T-Mobile Itemised Bill

Need a bit of help understanding itemised bill for T-Mobile. If you see a mobile number then under the itemisation it says Voicemail - does this mean that you have left a voicemail message for someone, or have you accessed a mobile's voicemail to listen to messages. Please help.

It should be your voicemail - when you check for messages.

The mobile number is different from the one on the bill - does this mean another number's voicemail was checked?
  • Your voicemailbox number is different from your mobile number.

When you call voicemail, it calls the above number, which shows on your Itemised Bill.

TMobile have been charging 12p/min to new customers or upgrading customers who have changed tariff, to retrieve voicemail for the last couple of months.

This does not apply to Business customers.
