I actually closed our accounts with them because of this. Well, I say closed, but one of them is still there and remains locked because I haven't summoned up the effort to work out what I have to do to regain access and close it.
In the same league are HMRC, they now use phone codes but a couple of years ago would send you a password in two halves, one half by post and the other by email. Great fun when your tax return is due by the end of the week.0 -
personally i think password resets should only be done face to face in person and only after a dna test.
It's far to eady to reset passwords...0 -
I had trouble logging in the other day, when I rang them and spoke to them they told me to download and post forms to them, but I managed to do it online anyway a little while later.0
