Natwest online, credit card account disappeared

I just discovered that my credit card had disappeared from my list of Natwest accounts, both on the phone app and on ordinary online banking.

I think there was an upgrade or something overnight on Saturday/Sunday. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem in the last couple of days?

I know I have transactions on the MasterCard account but can’t see anything now. It was always in the list before. I need it back so I can pay it!

    I have just logged in online and on the mobile app and my two credit cards are both there as normal.

    You may be able to access the information on the automatic telephone system if you need to do anything urgently.

  • Hello. I have just noticed the same with my accounts when i went to pay my credit card online. Did you manage to get it sorted? I haven't got a branch near me so I guess I shall have to phone up and query it.
