Is this where I moan about Willow and Hall?

It's a shame I feel the need to vent. The sofabed we bought is lovely but...

Their customer service is woeful. We visited their showroom and ordered our sofabed with one of their assistants. She had great difficultly navigating their own order system but she got there in the end and ordered a sofabed. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Six weeks later I rang them to find out when we might receive it and was able to book a delivery date for the next week. They arrived outside the delivery time slot and were ringing the wrong number. Luckily we were watching for them as they were late.

I noticed and recorded damage to the bed frame on their delivery sheet and thought someone might contact me. I phoned a week later and they knew nothing about the damage. I sent 12 photos - each a different scratch or dink and a 13th picture of the feet as they were the wrong colour. I received an email to confirm receipt of the photos but have heard nothing since. I was told I would hear after the weekend. Ten days later I have just been on hold after 30 mins and they have just cut me off and are now closed. I have found similar reviews and left one myself. I'm just disappointed as the sofa is lovely and want to get the issues sorted out.
