Hi Had an awesome win with Kiss radio (my first radio win in 4 years) and as per terms I can't win with Bayer for the next 6 months!
Is there a list of all the radios/ comps they run so I don't bother entering them please?
Ta!

Oh man didn't realise that include magazine like take a break and thats life?!
So I can't enter the mags as well as radio ones?
More time for me I guess!:rotfl:0 -
Are you certain this rule applies with your win? Their T&C state: "no person or persons at the same residential address may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any given six (6) month period". So it depends how much your radio is worth, and it depends on the value of other Bauer comps you want to enter. It would only affect you if your prize was valued at £500 or more, and even then, you are still eligible to win Bauer prizes valued less than £500.

Blulu - I think you must have misunderstood the OP. I think they have won a big cash (or similar prize) from a radio station, not that they have won a piece of audio listening equipment. :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

You're right - LOL. It's why I don't give 'advice' often. Having said that, the second part of what I said would still apply, in that she can still enter for comps with a prize value of less than £500 - unless I'm wrong about that too - which is very possible

I always thought that was how the limit worked as well but I am not 100% sure now and think the T&Cs might have been tweaked at some stage - it could be read that if you have a £500 upwards win that's your lot for 6 months regardless of the value of any subsequent prize as it doesn't mention value even once when it comes to disqualifying you - and the "For clarity" would seem to imply I could win say £400 in a competition unlimited times but if I had won £500 or more I couldn't take part again and no mention of the prize on offer having to be £500 or more (I would certainly want them to clarify it if I did win another big one)If a previous winner (of a prize valued at £500 or more in the last six months) is drawn at random in a subsequent Competition, or subsequent round of the same Competition within six months then they will be disqualified, and another entrant will be drawn. If it emerges after a winner has been awarded a prize that they are a previous winner of a prize valued at £500 or more in the last six months, in breach of these terms and conditions.........For clarity, it is possible to be drawn more than once to play a Competition and if an entrant has not previously won a prize valued at £500 or more in the last six months, they are eligible to play the same Competition again.0 -
Not a radio :rotfl::rotfl::T:T love that!
Bang on £500 soo I thought I couldn't enter until October for any But now I'm confused!!
Can I enter for the lower values or not? Hmmmm0 -
So I read through the prize winning email and I may have missed all this detail (it's a long blurb) in my excitement. It says
" We’d also like to remind you that as the prize you’ve won is valued at £500 or more, then neither you nor another individual living at the same residential address as you are entitled to win another prize for the next 6 months. This is so we can ensure everybody has a fair chance of winning."
So I guess that means all prizes are off the table until October. It's all gravy though! :A0 -
Won a 3 night trip with Heart Radio and was told I could not win with them again for 6 months,so fairly common I think.0
