Flight delay information from 2014

Hi
I have been made aware that I can claim compensation from a flight that was delayed back in 2014. I have the flight number but cannot remember how long the delay was (it was at least over 3 hours).
Is there anywhere I can check this information that doesn't cost any money?
Any help greatly appreciated.
