Is it possible to buy a new computer without an OS?

You can but it will be no cheaper than one with an OS.
They are rarer than hens teeth though0 -
Desktop.
I already have a valid retail version of Windows 10 not OEM so don't see the need to buy it again0 -

dell used to deduct money if you opted for linux and no windows0

PC Specialist also build desktop PC's to order and deduct £90 for no OS.0
