What software do you use for creating your PDFs?

Most I've seen will also generate Jpegs at good resolution - have a look at your save dialog or export options.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat for creating PDF's, and I'm also new to window user don't have much experience with that and haven't heard "save dialog kinda options".

When saving a PDF file, choose File | Save As | Image | JPEG rather than just Save.
