pdf to jpg free software for windows

Hello, In order to save time for my submissions, I'm looking for free software (windows) able to convert my cover's pdf scans into jpg ones?

Does anyone know?

1) Try typing "PDF to jpg" into google.
2) Scan to jpg rather than PDF.

What do you mean by "cover's"?

Unless there are a lot of them, just use screen print with MS Paint.

If the pages are large, get a browser add-on that can screen print a whole browser document (like Full Page Screen Capture for Chrome).

I tried that and after two failed programs, that weren't actually free (only with a darn great watermark across the page) ... I ended up with DocuFreezer which did what U wanted.
