When will the government wake up to the fact that the BPA is a tragic old dinosaur who just enjoy membership fees and still come out with rubbish to protect their members.

There is only one answer and that is for government to act as an ATA and get shot of the profit makers who pretend to be in the interests of the public/motorist ..... The IPC being a scam, the BPA with their rubbish by saying they are driving up standards ?????
