Nice if you have an older style number plate

It's what the BPA say that is a complete load of rubbish .....

"The British Parking Association said ANPR proved to be '99 per cent accurate"

If it really was 99% accurate then the odds of a double dip being missed is 1 in 10,203.

Probably the councils as they don't allow ANPR ...... we can understand why ??
  • well just say that the goverment stopped all counsils using them because of failure rate , I suspect that that rate was greater than 1%

counsels can waste money buying expensive gear , the parking Cos import there setup from forign countries , look at payment machines , no car in great britain uses 0and O , and I and 1 are not both used neither &*()"£$% , but yet they are on foreign keypads

one of the fist steps of the new parking act would be to remove cameras , or to have them independently certified , and change keypads to UK spec that only include UK car typeface

My classic car was first registered in 1973. I think I shall go and order a set of old fashioned number plates for it. :D
