Benson Beds faulty items

Hi

I moved house last August purchased a bed and Otterman from Benson Beds on a Finance Plan.

The bed had a fault storage part would not lift , after several calls email and eventually upping the anti they resolved the issue.

The second issue was with the Otterman which was damaged , we rejected this and it was collected.

Since then again various telephone calls and emails but no action.

I am unsure as to what l am entitled to do in these circumstances or what my next steps should be.

Could anyone please advise
