ask the royal mail to pay your setaside fee
if it was sent on 25th Feb, + 14 days for you to reply = 11th march before gladrags could do anything , so you could be within 28 days
I suspect PM will just say sorry heres a book of stamps , however if you can prove mail redirect was not working and can convince the judge that you had good chance of winning than perhaps go for a setaside0 -
